сь. У Мінску з вялікім поспехам прайшлі выстаўкі Марка Шагала, Міхаіла Савіцкага, малавядомых акварэлей Тараса Шаўчэнкі, а таксама ўкраінскай іконы XVIXVIII стст. Асаблівай увагі заслугоўвае праект па экспанаванні 60ці работ найбольш вядомых рускіх жывапісцаў з калекцыі Траццякоўскай галерэі (Масква) такая значная экспазіцыя галерэі ў Беларусі ніколі раней не дэманстравалася.
Развіваючы традыцыі мецэнацтва і лічачы спонсарскую дзейнасць сваім абавязкам перад беларускім грамадствам, кампанія ініцыіравала стварэнне Апякунскага савета Магілёўскага абласнога мастацкага музея імя П.В. Масленікава і стала яго актыўным членам. У выніку плённага супрацоўніцтва з Магілёўскім музеем пры фінансавай падтрымцы Брытыш Амерыкан Табака быў выдадзены альбом мастацкіх твораў з калекцыі музея. У 2003 г. кіраўніцтва кампаніі было ўзнагароджана Ганаровай граматай Міністэрства культуры Рэспублікі Беларусь ’*3а асабісты ўклад у выданне альбома...”.
У 2004 г. беларускае прадстаўніцтва Брытыш Амерыкан Табака сумесна з Мінскім гарвыканкомам ініцыіравала і ажыццявіла праект “Наш двор”. Кампанія спадзяецца на тое, што гэтая акцыя будзе першым крокам на шляху супрацоўніцтва прадстаўнікоў бізнесу і гарадскіх улад, мэтай якога з'яўляецца пераўтварэнне Мінска ў адзін з самых камфортных для жыцця гарадоў Еўропы.
Акрамя таго, Брытыш Амерыкан Табака ўдзельнічае ў буйных сацыяльных праектах, аказваючы падтрымку Беларускаму савету ветэранаў, Мінскаму гарадскому ўпраўленню па надзвычайных сітуацыях і іншым арганізацыям. У маі 2004 г. Таварыства памяці воінаў і ахвяр Вялікай Айчыннай вайны ўзнагародзіла кампанію Ганаровай граматай “За дабрачыннасць”.
Кампанію Брытыш Амерыкан Табака звязваюць цесныя адносіны з Нацыянальнай бібліятэкай Беларусі. Пачатак супрацоўніцтву палажыла дабрачынная акцыя (2004 г.) перадачы ў дар Нацыянальнай бібліятэцы калекцыі з 39ці унікальных старадрукаў. Завершаны новы сумесны праект выданне ілюстраванага альбома “Рарытэты Нацыянальнай бібліятэкі Беларусі”.
Актыўна падтрымліваючы сацыяльныя і культурныя ініцыятывы, прадстаўніцтва Брытыш Амерыкан Табака ўстанавіла партнёрскія адносіны з многімі беларускімі некамерцыйнымі арганізацыямі. У сацыяльных напрамках сваёй дзейнасці кампанія рэалізуе ўласныя прынцыпы работы адкрытасць, адказнасць і клапатлівыя адносіны да асаблівасцей і патрэб грамадства.
British American Tobacco
In Belarus, as well as in other countries, where the offices of the company are, British American Tobacco takes an active stand in the field of support of socially significant cultural and art projects.
Under the bilateral cooperation contract, British American Tobacco constantly organizes and finances joint projects with the National Art Museum of the Republic of Belarus. The exhibitions of Mark Shagall, Michael Savitsky, little known watercolours of Taras Shevchenko, Ukranian icons of 17th18th centuries were held with great success in Minsk. Special attention claims the project on the exhibition of 60 works of famous Russian painters from the Tretyakov Gallery (Moscow) such an exhibition of the Tretyakov Gallery in Belarus has never been demonstrated before.
Developing the traditions of patronage and considering sponsorship as its duty in the face of Belarussian society, the company initiated the formation of the Board of the P.V. Maslenikov Mogilev Regional Art Museum and became its active member. As a result of the effective cooperation under the financial support of British American Tobacco, the publication of art works album from the Mogilev Art Museum collection became possible. In 2003, the executive group of the company was rewarded with the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Belarus letter of award “For personal contribution to the album publication... ”.
In 2004, the Belarusian office of British American Tobacco in association with Minsk City Executive Committee initiated and accomplished the project “Our yard”. The Company hopes, that this event will become the first step on the path to cooperation between business and city authorities. The objective of this cooperation is to make Minsk one of the most comfortable cities for life in Europe.
British American Tobacco takes part in large social projects, supporting Belarusian Veteran Council, Minsk City Emergency Situations Administration and other organizations. In May 2004, the Society of the Memory of Soldiers and Victims of the Great Patriotic War awarded the company with the letter of award “For charity”.
The British American Tobacco has also close relationship with the National Library of Belarus. The charitable act (2004) has started the cooperation, as a result of which the collection of 39 unique early printed books was passed to the funds of the National Library of Belarus. The new joint project on the publication of illustrative album “Rarities of the National Library of Belarus”, started in 2005 came to the end.
Established partnerships with many nonprofit organizations, actively supporting social and cultural initiatives, the Company embodies its own work principles: openness, responsibility, and attentive attitude to peculiarities and needs of society.
