Результатом работы стало выявленне особенностей в экономнческом развнтнм регнона. Установлено, что до 1/10 нменнй местных помепціков можно отнестн к успешным предпрнннмательскнм хозяйствам.
Новнзна работы заключается в том, что впервые на основаннн пшрокого круга архнвных матерналов (фамнльных фондов, в основном) было проведено комплексное нсследованне хозяйственной деятельноста в нменнях на Полесье в условнях пореформенного развнтня. Была разработана н в нсследовательской практнке нспытана тнпологня хозяйственных практіік в помеіцнчьнх нменнях для пернода после отмены крепостного права.
Результаты днссертацнонного нсследовання могут быть нспользованы прн напнсаннн научных монографнй, статей, учебннков н учебных пособнй, спецнальных курсов по спецнальностн «отечественная нсторня» н «всеобіцая нсторня» (нсторня Росснн, Укранны), по краеведенню, прн проектмрованнн музейпых экспозлцйй, прн бнзнеспроектнрованші н бнзнеспланнрованнн в сфере аграрного н краеведческого турнзма.

Managing in manors of Poiesie region of Russian empire in 18611914

Object of research is economic development in agrarian sector during 18611914 within the limits of region of Poiesie. A subject of the given research is conditions, features and experience of economic activities manorfacilities within the limits of the certain period and region. The purpose of the given work definition of position, conditions, tendencies and results, especial and similar features in evolution of managing in manors in region of Poiesie. Research has been lead by means of system, historicaltypological, historicalcomparative and quantitative methods of knowledge and reconstruction of historical process.
Result of work is revealing features in economic development of region. Comes to light, that up to 1/10 manors of local landowners it is possible to carry to successful businessfacilities.
Novelty of work consists in the fact that for the first time on the basis of the broad audience of archival materials (basically family funds) complex research of economic activities manors to Poiesie in conditions of postreform developments has been carried out. The typology of economic practice in patrimony manors for the period after abrogation of the serfdom has been developed and tested.
Results of dissertational research can be used at a writing of scientific monographies, clauses, textbooks and the grants, special rates on a speciality «domestic history» and «general history» (history of Russia, Ukraine), on study of local lore, at designing museum expositions, at businessdesigning and businessplanning in sphere of agrarian and local lore tourism.
